Support us at the 247 Club Charity Carol Concert
A Christmas Cracker of an evening with beautiful choral pieces, carols & readings
We’re delighted that The Rendezvous has been chosen as a beneficiary, alongside The HALO Trust, for this year’s Charity Carol Concert, hosted by the 247 Club at Sherborne Abbey.
Making a difference locally – thank you Dike & Son!
We’re celebrating a Community Award from MADL – with thanks to a nomination from Dike & Son of Stalbridge.
Dorset High Sheriff visits The Rendezvous
What a pleasure to welcome our Dorset High Sheriff, Dr Helena Conibear DL, to the Rendezvous on 25th September.
More cake! A record-breaking two hours
Thank you to everybody who baked, donated and bought on Saturday 19th September for our charity cake sale! We raised a total of £603 in just two hours, selling out by midday, with every penny helping young people in our local communities overcome mental health and learning challenges.
Time to recharge after a successful academic year
Please note that our Sherborne centre at the Rendezvous is closing from Friday 7th August – Thursday 20th August 2026. This gives our staff and volunteers time to recharge after a very busy and successful academic year.
August isn’t for staying at home! Enjoy our activities.
While our Sherborne centre closes for a short summer break, activities continue in Gillingham with a series of events for young people supported by the Rendezvous Gillingham & Shaftesbury, Dorset Council and the Three Rivers Partnership/Gillingham Youth Collective. With funding support from the National Lottery Community Fund.
